いいえ、自転車です。電車は 人が 多すぎて。
No, by bike. The train's too crowded.
Yuuki
そうですね。朝は 三十分も かかりますから。
True. It takes a whole thirty minutes in the morning.
Aoi
ゆうきさん、お昼は もう 決めましたか。
Yuuki, have you decided on lunch yet?
Yuuki
いいえ、まだです。お茶でも 飲みながら 考えませんか。
Not yet. Shall we think it over with a cup of tea or something?
Aoi
いいですね。下の店は カレーとか うどんとか ありますよ。

あ、あおいさん。すみません、今日は かぜで 休みます。
Ah, Aoi. Sorry — I'm off today with a cold.
Aoi
だいじょうぶですか。
Are you all right?
Yuuki
はい。一日に 三回 薬を 飲んで います。
Yes. I'm taking medicine three times a day.
Aoi
会議は どう しますか。今日は 五人も 来ませんよ。
What about the meeting? Not even five people are coming today.
Yuuki
そうですか。じゃあ、来週に しましょう。昨日 作った 資料を 送ります。
I see. Let's make it next week, then. I'll send the materials I put together yesterday.

Aoi

Excuse me — what is this bag made of?
Shop
紙で 作った かばんです。
It's a bag made of paper.
Aoi
紙ですか。子どもでも 持てますね。
Paper? Even a child could carry it.
Shop

Yes. It's the lightest bag in Japan.
Aoi
革の かばんほど じょうぶじゃ ないですか。
It's not as sturdy as a leather bag, though?

いいえ、水にも 強いです。
No — it stands up to water, too.
